RETURN POLICY

RETURNS / EXCHANGES:

Due to the custom, handmade to order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Please note we photograph each order before it leaves our warehouse for quality and assurance purposes.

Please review size charts & item details carefully and/or contact us prior to ordering, should you have any questions. We are not responsible for your sizing selection.

OUR PROMISE:

Please inspect your order upon reception. If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us with a photo of the item & describe the nature of the problem, within 3 days of receiving the item, so we can evaluate the issue & make it right! Simply reply to your order confirmation email.

ORDER CANCELLATION:

We are a small business and are charged processing fees for each order. Once your order has been placed, we are unable to cancel your order, but may be able to assist you in making changes if we have not began processing your order. Please contact us ASAP should you need assistance with making a change.

GARMENT CARE:

We are clear and transparent regarding fabric content, materials, colors, and care instructions for our items under each item description, product tags, & thank you card enclosed with your order. Our photos are of the actual item you will receive. We want your items to last and recommend following our care instructions. We are not responsible for damages, fading, or defects resulting from improper care or handling.

Please note that colors and materials may vary. All images are enhanced by light, the color may appear different on your screen. Hand-Dyed Items: Due to the unique and custom nature of our hand-dyed & handmade items, each item will vary.
